Ok

Not a great sound, but stays in tune and might sound better with better strings. Seems like it was made by a machine

The little guitar which keeps on giving

As I said in a previous post the Oliver Jr comes with Ernie Ball Earthwood Medium Lights at 172 ft lbs of tension.

I replaced those with 125 ft lbs Thomastik AC111. Outstanding....
This little guitar is so freaking playable its hard to put down.
The size has always been just right for me and now the AC111's make it even easier to fingerpick.

The AC111's last a long time (they should for the price) and when they wear out I'm going to try tuning it to Nashville.
Or I just might get another Oliver Jr and leave it in Nashville. The price certainly has ne thinking that way.

I play this guitar alot - more than several other guitars many times more expensive. Great guitar.

I was very impressed upon receiving the guitar. The guitar arrived in excellent condition, with the setup near perfect! The sound out of this little guitar is amazing!

I have played my sisters Taylor mini e-koa several times, and I noticed very little difference in the sound from this little guy from Orangewood… Beyond excellent quality for an unbelievable low price… Thank you so much!

Great Inexpensive Guitar for Beginners or Restarting Adults

I was really skeptical about buying a guitar without seeing, holding or playing it but the reviews and videos were all so positive, I decided to take a chance. In addition, so many local shops are really intimidating to older, wanting to learn adults. I've been very pleasantly surprised at the quality and sound of this guitar. Don't hesitate if this fits your budget.

Thanks for your review and for choosing Orangewood!
