We hope you enjoy our guitars as much as we do. If it’s not the right fit for you, you can return your non-personalized instrument within 30 days of receiving your order. We can’t accept a return if a pickguard was applied to the guitar. Products must be returned with the original shipping box.
We’ll cover the return shipping cost, but any original amount paid for shipping is nonrefundable. Once your refund is processed, we’ll refund the original amount paid for duties and taxes. Please note that we charge a restocking fee of $30.00 CAD per product that will be deducted from your return credit. We don’t do exchanges, but you can return or cancel your order for a refund, and then place a new order when you’re ready.
In order to return your instrument, it must be repackaged in its original Orangewood shipping box with the gig bag. We’re unable to accept incomplete or improperly returned instruments.
STEP 1
Contact returns@orangewoodguitars.com to request a return. In your email, please include the order number that’s found in your order confirmation email.
STEP 2
Via email, we’ll send a returns form questionnaire and a prepaid shipping label to you.
STEP 3
Place your instrument inside the gig bag and pack it into the original Orangewood shipping box. Make sure to include the pickguard and truss rod adjusting tool inside the gig bag. Download and print the shipping label and affix to the shipping box. Print 3 copies of the Commercial Invoice and place all 3 pages in the clear pouch on the outside of the box. Make sure any other shipping labels have been removed or completely covered.
STEP 4
Drop the shipping box at a local FedEx location. To find the drop-off location nearest to you, please use FedEx’s Location Finder. Once your instrument is received at our office, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
