Yes, most likely! We're always working to restock our models quickly, but some limited-edition models are a one-time release. On the product page, click 'Notify me' to receive an email when the item is back in stock.

All applicable duties, taxes, and shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process. No additional payments will be required after you place an order.

We’re a small but mighty team that works to process your orders as quickly as possible. It’ll take about 4 to 7 business days for you to receive your order in Canada.

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way! Once we process your order, we’ll email you the tracking number with order details.

When placing an order, you can choose a Local Pickup option during check out. We’ve partnered with FedEx “Hold at Location” which gives you the flexibility to pick up your guitar within 5 days of delivery. This is a great way to have your guitar safely held for a few days until you’re ready to pick it up.
Note: Upon pick up at FedEx or one of their partner locations, you’ll need a government-issued ID that matches the name on the delivery address. You’ll also be asked to confirm the tracking number sent to you in the order confirmation email

We don’t do exchanges, but you can return or cancel your order for a refund, and then place a new order when you’re ready. Read our full return policy here.

All of our Live models are acoustic-electric guitars, equipped with pickup systems that can be plugged into an amp.
