Very pleasing look, sound, and feel

I was ecstatic, not only to find a left-handed guitar that is a true left-handed guitar, but a beautiful build, very light weight, and exceptional sound. I don't know how they do it at this price point, but so glad. Highly recommended!!

A Very Nice Guitar

My Morgan Mahogany Live left-handed guitar is a great looking, easy playing guitar. I am a beginner again. I tried learning guitar in my youth, but all that were available were right-handed guitars and I am very left-handed. With this guitar I am already learning some chords. My only critique is that the pick guard that comes with this guitar, in my opinion, looks cheap. Plus, I think a black pick guard would look much better (I've ordered one). Also, since this is at the less expensive end of the Orangewood line, it is likely going to be for a beginner like myself. I would therefore recommend that it come with the lightest strings possible. I'm going to change mine soon.

As I get more proficient, I'm guessing I will want to purchase other guitars and unfortunately Orangewood only offers two in left-handed models at this time and both are at the entry level. So, unless something changes, my next guitar won't be an Orangewood.

Great Guitar

Since I took my guitar out of the box, my Orangewood guitar and I are make music almost every day. The sound is pure joy and smooth. It’s a great looking guitar as well. This was my first guitar and I love it.

Much better than I was hoping

I ordered my Morgan as part of the Almost Perfect Sale and couldn't be happier. This guitar is strung with the same Ernie Ball strings I use and love, so being able to go straight to tuning and playing was a plus. My guitar arrived with the action set perfectly, intonation was spot on, but my guitar was not in tune, each string was about a half note off. I have no buzzing and the fret work looks clean, and the fretboard wasn't dry, and had a beautiful rich color to it. The bridge looks good and is notched for all strings reducing the length from saddle to bridge contact, I am not sure if that notch goes thru to the body giving the strings better contact and grip with the body vs. being held in by the pins, but it's one less step I will need to take to customize this guitar. the tuners work well but I'm not a fan of the black matt finish or coating they have on them.

I love the neck of the guitar; it feels like an electric guitar neck with how thin it is leading up to the body. This is my third acoustic that has a neck like this, and I love them all.

The pickup is an added bonus, I'm very happy with the sound quality I get thru my little guitar amp.

The only complaint I have is the finish, I knew there were going to be some blemishes, but was surprised by how bad some spots were. It's nothing like the pics they gave as examples. My guitar had/has several cloudy areas to it. I was going to leave the pick guard off, but one of the spots took up the whole area where the guard would be placed. there are 3 other areas like it on the sides of the guitar, but I knew the risk I was taking buying an almost perfect guitar. so, I will not remove a star for that.

Overall, I am completely satisfied with my new Orangewood Guitar. it's a shame my next guitar can't be bought from them. my next guitar will be an all-solid wood, and they don't offer all solid wood guitars for Lefty's.
