Plays great, finish so so

I borrowed a friend of mine's Florence for a week and loved playing it. I found myself picking it up every time I walked past it. So why haven't I bought one yet?.....the finish. Two reasons...1. the finish on the top of my friend's Florence has some really rough spots in the finish, and the the finish was not buffed out evenly...2.. sorry, but the sunburst is one of the ugliest sunbursts I have ever seen and gives the Florence a toy look, and it deserves better. If the top had a natural blond top or the yellow stain (my choice) of the torrefied tops, I would buy one in a heart beat. So currently, I am holding out and hoping you offer a different color top in the near future. Again, the Florence was great to play, but hard on the eyes.

Holy Balls

So, I'm working on some music at one of the dopest producer's home studio in Los Feliz. This guitar is sitting next to me in his studio. He says some musician he worked was sponsored by OW and forgot it here before traveling for tour. I was using it to run through the song for arrangement purposes (not recording because its funk disco alt-pop). And holy S! I was LOVING the sound. Seemed so clean, no bunk frets, action was on point. Everything.

Just came back for another session, sitting here now, and was like hmph I gotta check the price on this thing. I was fully expecting $1,500 minimum!! I'm blown away. For the price, this guitar is a S. T. E. A. L. Orangewood you better not jack up the price on this because of this review, but holy balls wow.

This thing is a full experience vibe. Snag yours, don't be a do-do bird!

Beautiful sounding guitar

I am enjoying playing a parlor sized guitar. The sound far exceeded my expectations for the price. I was disappointed that I purchased the guitar for $225.00 and now it is on sale for $190.00.

Such a fun guitar!

This was the 2nd of 3 guitars I’ve purchased from Orangewood and I was in love with this guitar right out of the box. Visually it consistently sparks conversation. It’s meant to have a thinner more parlor guitar sound and it nails it! So comfortable to play and so much fun. I also own an Oliver Mahogany that I play regularly and can’t wait to receive my brand new Echo Vintage Sunburst today. Love this acoustic guitar company!!
