Four out of five stars on finish, five out of five on everything else.

Perfect not so little guitar

Pleasantly surprised for the price and how well it’s made, sound, tone and playability are really good. No sharp fret edges. I’m really enjoying this parlor for the price. Arrived earlier then expected and the gig bag is well made. Good choice if you have small hands and don’t want to lose the bigger sound. I’m even recommending it to a friend looking for something to get away from her dreadnought.

Fantastic Parlor!

This is my first parlor style guitar and I love it! The sound is full and rich and is a nice contrast to my other large body guitars. This is my second Orangewood and I’m a bigger fan than I was before. Great craftsmanship and even better value!

Florence - Parlor
Setup was really decent. For the price, you won't find anything even remotely close to this ready to go out of the box. Even some more expensive guitars need an initial setup from a lot of these mass production brands.
The strings that come with it are kind of hard, but they have a really unique dirty sound with how I play. When they got old I replaced them with some Martin & CO. 92/8 Phosphor Bronze lights, which remind me of Metallica for some reason, but sound good and are easier to play.
I don't know a lot about guitars but this is exactly the type of sound I wanted. It doesn't have all the super fancy stuff, but it works perfect for my needs. I beat the crap out of it hammering chords and slide strumming with my fingernail to make sitar sounds. I'm self taught so I have no idea what I'm doing, but I love it.
I let a parlor guitar expert, someone who made a full parlor guitar album using different guitars for each song play this guitar, and he absolutely loved it. Then he freaked out when he heard about the price.
This is a special piece of equipment. I'd suggest you get it if you want something that's its own thing with its own character.
