Fat fingers

I have a rey m and will soon be ordering a Morgan m live. Your guitars look, feel and sound great plus I love the slightly wider necks since I have large hands. I can play orangewoods with a 44mm but without 'fat fingering' adjacent strings

Poor attention to detail

After all the reviews and good things I’ve seen and heard about these guitars and this company I was pretty disappointed to have my first guitar arrive with the top completely smashed in which I know is the couriers fault. But after waiting another 3 weeks to finally get my new one there were multiple scratches/gouges in the fretboard from where the filed the frets. As well as multiple spots with hardened glue or epoxy spilled over the fretboard. Still a great sounding guitar for the money but after all the praise I expected a little better detail and definitely no filing marks in my fretboard

We are so sorry to hear about these scratches on your replacement guitar! If you can please send us a few photos at, we will be happy to assist you.

My review: Love the look and feel of it for the price, the satin finish is ok,some spots could have used more sanding between coats,a little rough in spots,my main negative is the action too high, and string gauge too lg,I have 8 guitars,6 electric,12 string Ibanez, and now a Orangewood, all sent to me with 9 or .010 strings,Iam 70 years old, with artritis in both hands hard for me to press down any more, changed to .08s on all my electric, cant go that low on my acustics,Iwill lose tone, but i digress,4 star rating was for the spoty finish action and string gauge, could have been set up better. All in all like the Morgan Mahogany Live.Thanks.
