Great Customer Service

SO I bought the oliver live, the colors are great..but when the guitar arrived, it has a scratch at the bottom of the body. I said Ok , I can still play with it. I called the customer service and they would replace it, but this is not a huge purchase, they offer me a partial refund for imperfect guitar , I did agreed to it..However upon playiing several times, the guitar needs an adjustment due to ringing sound ... it was kinda not sounding good. SO I conctacted again the customer service, and this time they offer to refund the entire purchase and I would have to re purchase it again. Good customer service...just, not happy with the whole transaction.....

This guitar is so much nicer than my previous acoustic. Had heard reviews about missing lows and I couldn’t disagree more. Highs and lows are wonderful. The fit and finish is very nice and the strings they switched to feel and sound great. Tuners feel solid and precise. I have only plugged it into a fender practice amp and it sounds great there as well. Great value for the price

Beautiful sound and dependable. 4 year review.

I’ve owned this guitar for over 4 years. It’s travelled with me, played in multiple live contexts, has been jumped on by my kids, and used FREQUENTLY. The set up is still perfect, and it’s so smooth and easy to play. When my friends high end Gibsons and Martins have electronic, or tuning stability issues, they always grab my Oliver because they know it will do the job. You won’t go wrong with anything from Orangewood. Hoping one day to save up for a Hudson Live. It’ll probably change my life when I do! Thanks Orangewood, for quality guitars at a very competitive price!
