Great intrument for this price

I just got it. Bravo on Orangewood guitars for the support! Let me know when it shipped and arrived. This phone message is crucial because we do not need porch thieves grabbing this before we get home. The guitar for me did not sing quite like my Tayor 714 ce, but here are reasons, the strings are not my favorite compared to the Elixirs I usually use, and at a lighter gauge, I look forward to trying those when these wear out. The tuners are lovely and keep the guitar in tune, and I see no reason to go out and purchase new ones. The bridge nut is made of bone, and it is pretty high; it is possible to save some cost on the material of the bridge. It is shallower than most guitars. The good news is that there is plenty of material to lower the bridge if needed, but it is set up pretty well! I believe that the height from the top body to the stings gives you greater volume, so I respect this decision of the guitar builder. The neck is made of three pieces of wood; unlike Taylor or Martian, their necks are carved out of one piece of wood. This neck design may change on the more expensive models; look into it if you wish, but it is the only place I can see a built that saves money. The top is nice, but the grain does not indicate an older cut of wood. Here is where the guitar shines on this model. For an electric acoustic guitar, it can not be beaten in price. The tone is very similar to a Taylor. The tone dial is very similar to an electric guitar, meaning you can reduce the treble with a tone pod.
Nevertheless, the sound coming out is very friendly and even better if you choose to eq the guitar with the board or pedal of the computer interface. So perfect for a fingerstyle guitarist with a slight adjustment to taste with the truss rod, and even perfect if your fingerstyle requires an open tuning. Which is why I am delighted. The low-end med strings tuned down give me a hefty low end, and I don't need to adjust one guitar to complicated open tunings. I reach for this guitar, already tuned, so yes, if you have a guitar and want an alternative open tunning. Guitar, this is it!

The real deal

I own 22 guitars most from what people consider the best and the tone of the spruce cut away gave me chills if you don’t have one get one!

Best guitar I've bought in the price range

Really nice inexpensive guitar. I'd suggest thinning the neck more like my Taylor's

Very Pleased Overall

No flaws in the finish. Action and intonation were fine. Fishman electronics sounded great. Unfortunately detected a vibration causing a buzzing sound underneath the top of the guitar. Had to send it back to have it checked out and waiting to hear back. However, customer service has been very good so far.

Love the Morgan atm, one week in and it has an amazing tone, can’t wait for it to age to see how beautifully the guitar ages!
