New/used or demo Austen? Should have been new.

I received my Austen and wasn't really sure if it was new, used or a demo. Small flaws on top of headstock. Bridge had some questionable flaws. Soundhole had small flaw as well. Tuning pegs squeak or kind of hard to turn. Maybe some graphite on the nut will help. Guitar should have been new and went through Quality Inspection before sending out. Contacted Orangewood and they gave me a discount and I just kept it since it is going to be my camping guitar.

Austen Mahogony natural burst

Two of my students like the guitar a lot.
The first thing Akira said it was very light weight and it had a beautiful sound.
KIki said it was very easy to play and did not hurt her fingers. She hasn't practiced for a month. I will probably raffle the guitar when the club starts back up next school year. As a school teacher having access to a company such as Orangewood opens up endless opportunities to create a positive impact with students development. thanks Orangewood.

New Orangewood

This is the second Orangewood Guitar that I have purchased. This Austin M NB arrived in perfect condition and on time. It was set-up better than the Morgan Spruce Live that I purchased a few years ago. I tuned it and started playing. Very satisfied with the deeper richer tone. Excellent!
